SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises barrier layer with multiple drive holes (151), first and second surfaces, drive bodies (101) fitted into said drive holes (151) and having a charge, pixel electrode arranged on barrier layer first surface and common electrode arranged on barrier layer second surface. Note here that the area of cross section of drive holes (151) parallel to first and second surfaces gradually varies from first to second surfaces. Each drive body represents spherical shape and area of cross section crossing its center and exceeding cross section area of every drive hole. Said drive holes are filled with either inert gas or nitrogen or dried air.
EFFECT: increased reaction rate, reduced costs and power consumption.
