SUBSTANCE: proposed are a display substrate (10) and a display apparatus (30). Display substrate (10) comprises a first conductive structure (110) with the opposing first surface (111) and third surface (113) and the opposing second surface (112) and fourth surface (114), wherein the first surface and the second surface are made of the same material. The first surface (111) and the second surface (112) accordingly form different angles with the carrier upper surface of the base substrate (101). The first surface (111) is equipped with a first surface microstructure (11), and the second surface (112) is equipped with a second surface microstructure (12); the first surface microstructure (11) has a first cross section (11a) perpendicular to the base substrate (101), wherein the first cross section (11a) has a first orthogonal projection (C1C2) on the third surface (113), and the length of the first orthogonal projection (C1C2) is less than the length of the first surface microstructure (11) in the first cross section (11a); and the second surface microstructure (12) has a second cross section (12a) perpendicular to the base substrate (101), wherein the second cross section (12a) has a second orthogonal projection (D1D2) on the fourth surface (114), and the length of the second orthogonal projection (D1D2) is less than the length of the second surface microstructure (12) in the second cross section (12a). The display substrate (10) can effectively increase the efficiency.
