FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of natural resources and may be used in various industries for producing pollution-free power and transport plants. Proposed encapsulator is arranged in tight chamber to encapsulate gas by extrusion and filled with gas to be encapsulated. It is furnished with tight unloading device to discharge cooled capsules. Said unloading device consists of annular rotor with holes to grip capsules with gas in aforesaid chamber, transfer them into dispensing bin during rotation of said rotor and expulsion of them by spring-loaded pushrod with the help of master cam.

EFFECT: explosion-proof use of gas.
