SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine and may be applicable to experimental surgical access to the hip joint in acetabular fractures. On the skin with a marker three main reference points of incision a marked, the first of which is a point that is at the level of the anterior superior ostium of the ilium and behind it, second mark is at the point of intersection of the vertical line passing posteriorly from the apex of the large trochanter in the projection of the intervertebral crest, and a horizontal line running above the top of the large trochanter, and the third mark is below the base of the large trochanter and in the projection of the anterior margin of the femur. Line of the future incision are reconstructed with the marker at the indicated points. Incision is made. Suture of muscles and soft tissues is made.

EFFECT: method allows to provide complete overview and the possibility of manipulating the fragments of the anterior and posterior columns.
