FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics. The acromion process and an upper one-third of the shoulder are approached. Two holes are drilled in the acromion process downright. Two parallel canals are created in a mass of the greater tubercle of humeri from a superior facet to its base. A lavsan tape is delivered through the holes and canal and knotted in the base of the greater tubercle of humeri.
EFFECT: method provides reduced traumatism, reliable fixation of the head with preserving full range of motion in shoulder joint.
