FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device relates to medical equipment and can be used as device for medical beds for unassisted rise of patient. Device consists of two poles which are fixed on bed frame with installed on them bars. Poles are connected to each other with crossbeam and are provided with supports. Supports are fixed on bed frame and have a row of horizontal holes. Pins are inserted into holes to fix position of bars. Bars, whose length corresponds to anthropometric parametres of human upper extremities, are fixed on horizontal axis. Axis is provided with stops. Horizontal axis is made with possibility to turn on angle up to 270 degrees due to its installation in cases. Cases are made in form of rigidly connected to each other horizontal and vertical bushes. Bushes are provided with stops and are made with possibility to move along vertical poles.

EFFECT: device increases conditions of bed-ridden patient comfort and assists their independent rise and free access of hospital staff for carrying out procedures due to device transformation without dismantling the whole construction.
