FIELD: medical facilities. SUBSTANCE: nursing device has base with unit for fastening to one of bed cross bars, and telescopic strut with clamp. Installed in upper part of strut is bar with removable table top. The latter may be inclined, locked and moved in horizontal and vertical directions. Additional base with telescopic strut is attached to the second bed cross bar by fastening unit. Secured to additional telescopic strut with its other end is bar. Units for fastening device members to bed cross bars are made in form of U- shaped grips with lock key and spring mechanism with eccentric key. Nursing device is additionally provided with device for lifting of patient. Lifting device is made in form of adjustable removable belt with lock on one end and hood on the other end. Belt central part has spring. Nursing device has reliable fastening and allows patient to be active and to feel more comfortable. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
