SUBSTANCE: two-section tilting bed comprises a wheeled base, which bears pivotally mounted back and leg sections provided with a mattress. The pivot angle variation of both sections is ensured by separate mechanisms. A plane of the back section comprises a pivotally mounted panel controlled by an actuation mechanism and having a width equal to the back section, a lower edge of which adjoins an individual's lower back; the pivotally mounted panel has an adjustable lift height from the back section surface when pivoted; a lift start of the lower edge of the panel can be also specified.

EFFECT: more comfortable patient's position.
