FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for cleaning of gases from solid particles. Dust separator primary separation chamber has separation curvilinear channel formed by spiral surface and having rectangular cross section. Said chamber consists of three consecutively jointed deposition sections running along the arc of curvilinear channel through 180°, 90° and 90° and formed between crosswise slip-like gaps. Diffuser branch pipe that forms circular between primary and secondary separation chambers is built in primary separation chamber and fairs smoothly with cylindrical shell ring of afterpurification chamber. The latter has separate isolated dust collection bins and is arranged between secondary separation chamber and cleaned gas discharge branch pipe, its length making five diametres of shell ring. Inner surface of the latter accommodates three lengthwise horizontal slots with edges bent towards flow. Dust separator has four-vanes flow swirler mounted inside afterpurification chamber, at cylindrical shell chamber inlet, shaped spinner arranged at the shell ring outlet to move along horizontal axis. Cleaned gas discharge branch pipe features scroll-type shape with diffuser inlet. The latter is built inside shell ring.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning, entrapping finest dust fractions.
