FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed to remove old isolation from pipe inner surfaces and can be used for repair and construction of pipelines. Rotor comprises housing, drive rim with removing blades secured on levers arranged on axle to turn about their axes and clamping device to press said blades to pipeline surface. Bell crank has its arms secured on axle end faces on opposite sides of said rim. Said clamping device is pivoted on bell crank one arm while the other arm supports cleaning blade.
EFFECT: reduced clogging of cleaning zone, ruling out of clamping device clogging.
