FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices for cleaning of external surface of pipes and pipe pieces, which were used, from worn-out insulation and can be used for repair and construction of pipelines. Working member includes rotor with cleaning tools fixed on levers which are installed on axes with possibility of rotation about its axis and hold-down devices for pressing the cleaning tools to pipeline surface. Each hold-down device is made in the form of link kinematic pair with elastic element, and levers are two-armed. On one arm of the lever there fixed is the cleaning tool, and the other arm is hinged to the hold-down device.
EFFECT: invention provides constant hold-down force of the cleaning element to pipe surface and excludes blockage of hold-down device with remnants of previous insulating materials.
