Each of floors freely and independently rotates in any direction at any time and for any number of rotations directly by command of resident, and as the basis it includes connection of fixed structure in every floor as support, rotary platform as rotary element, drive unit, control panel for sending commands to the system, sealing unit as protection and unit of electrification for supply of electric energy.
EFFECT: improved strength of rotary system and provision of its safety.
