FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: stretcher (1) is secured on fixed part (7) of machine. Spring device (15) efficiently loads working cam (11) with power on side of stretcher (1) facing off part (7) of the machine. With its one end (16) the spring device is fixed in place on working cam (11), while with its another end (17) it is fixed on bearing plate (18). Connecting element (19) with adjusting cam (3) fix bearing plate (18) in place preventing its turn.
EFFECT: optimised design of components and cost-effective fabrication.
