SUBSTANCE: part for holding and capture of the device for releasable connection to a medical device, namely a surgical device, comprises a main body with a capture portion and with a connecting portion for connection to the medical device. In the connecting section, a crossbar means movable from the unlocking position to the locking position is provided to lock the medical device mounted on the connecting portion. The holding and capture part further comprises a lever device made of lever elements connected to each other, each pivotally mounted on the main body. The first one comprises a control lever arm, and the second, in particular, moves the crossbar means formed on the lever arm of this lever element. The lever device is formed by two lever elements, each mounted directly with rotary support sections and rotatable with respect to the main body on the rotary support structures made in the main body, with a possibility of removal, and having the corresponding support connecting portions on one of their arms. The connecting portions are detachably and directly connected to each other, and, in a cooperation, form a connecting pivot support movable relative to the main body, for both lever elements. The medical, namely surgical, tool consists of the above-mentioned part for holding and capture of the device and associated medical, namely surgical, device, namely a file, for grinding the medullary cavity edge for the proximal end of human thigh bone. The kit for creating the above medical, in particular surgical, tool consists of the above-mentioned part for holding and grasping, as well as at least two different medical, namely surgical devices.

EFFECT: reliable retention action on the device with significantly simplified cleaning and sterilisation after use, without small parts.
