FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method of determining quantitative composition of a product involves exposure of the product to a radiation source in the near-infrared range, reception of radiation transmitted by the product, preparation of an output signal in accordance with intensity of the received radiation at several different wavelengths and determination of whether the product lies in the range of predefined integrity criteria based on the output signal using a mathematical method. The moving product contains a dispersion which contains crystalline and/or dissolved insulin.
EFFECT: invention enables fast qualitative determination of substances.
