SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. A device and a method for determination and monitoring of components or properties of the measured medium, for example values of physiological blood indices, use a light source for generation of measuring light in a wide range of wave lengths and for illumination of a measurement zone, as well as a device for spectrum decomposition of the analysed light returning from the measurement zone. The device also includes a sensor matrix for recording of the light decomposed into a spectrum. The sensor matrix, the light source and the device for spectrum decomposition of the analysed light form a compact design enclosed in a housing.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows performing analyses in vivo and with time resolution, besides, at difficult-to-access measurement points.
