FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to esthetic surgery and can be applied in treatment of gynecomastia. Skin cut under areola is performed by laser impact with power 5-10 W, light spot diametre 0.2-0.5 mm, pulse duration 0.1-0.3 s, duration of pause between pulses 0.05-0.07 s, impact duration 15-25 s. Skin is separated together with nipple and areola, gland is separated from chest fascia. It is laser-ablated with parametres: power 5-10 W, light spot diametre 0.8-0.9 mm, pulse duration 0.3-0.5 s, duration of pause between pulses 0.05-0.07 s, impact duration 15-25 s, together with adjacent fatty tissue and fascia of greater pectoral muscle. Sclerosing solution is introduced locally. Wound cavity is drained. Edges of post-operation wound are sewn and active drainage is removed 3-4 days after operation, intracutaneous suture being removed 7-8 days after operation.
EFFECT: method allows to achieve reduction of traumaticity with simultaneous increase of esthetic efficiency.
