FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to aesthetic surgery and can be applied in surgical correction of labia minora. The method for surgical correction of labia minora implies that the enlarged labia minora are exposed to pulse laser light of power 5-10 Wt, light spot diametre 0.5-0.7 mm, pulse duration 0.3-0.5 s, pulse separation 0.05-0.07 s. After the laser light exposure, edges of the labia minora are cut off with a laser beam. A device for surgical correction of labia minora comprises a handle and working ends. The working ends are curved orthogonally and sagged 3-4°. And one working end has a longitudinal slot of width 0.3-0.35 of a branch and length 80-90% of the branch length.
EFFECT: inventions allow reducing intraoperative traumatism and ensuring better aesthetic effect.
