SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for replacement of affected ligaments and tendons. Biological endoprosthesis is made from sterile plate of chemoenzymatically processed xenopericardium, rolled in tube, external and internal surfaces of whose walls are formed respectively by serous and fibrous surface of xenopericardium.
EFFECT: invention allows to ensure integration of endoprosthesis with tendon, reduce risk of scar adhesion of endoprosthesis with synovial sheath walls.
