FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves substituting fibrous synovial sheaths with paratenon radial hand flexor tendon, fixing upper extremity injuries from distal regions of fingers to the middle portion of arm in flexing position at an angle of 75-85 deg in hand articulation. Active flexing movements are to be done with the injured finger beginning with 2-4 days after the operation. EFFECT: reduced cicatricial commissures between sheath and tendon. 1 dwg
