FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to improved units with screens designed for vibration screen sizing. Unit with screen comprises frame, the first and second side elements distanced on frame, ends at side elements, upper and lower surfaces on side elements, the first and second end elements distanced on frame near specified ends of side elements, multiple distanced ribs arranged between distanced side elements and connecting them, holes between side elements and end elements. Unit with screen according to the first, second, third and fourth versions comprises deepened grooves at lower surfaces of distanced side elements. At the same time lower edges on ribs are arranged as concave in unit with screen according to the second version. Unit with screen according to the third version comprises corrugate screen, and end elements include upper surfaces of end elements and lower surfaces of end elements, and ledge that stretches outside from lower surface of the first end element. According to the fourth and fifth version unit with screen comprises ledge protruding outside on the first end element and cantilever part on the second end element. At the same time in the fifth version joint between ledge and adjoining part of the first end element and seal arranged in joint, where holes are made in rows arranged across relative to side elements, besides multiple rows of holes are arranged between at least some of the ribs, besides, ribs narrow in direction from screen.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration screen sizing, and also reduced weight of device.
