FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sizing of materials. Vibration-screening machine comprises zone of main screening and scalping device including frame with extended central thrust and horizontal screen and vertical screen modules. The latter are pressed against each other and to central thrust and coupled with said frame to make scalping concave surface. Aforesaid frame is attached to proposed machine so that said scalping concave surface is located above main screening zone. Proposed method comprises using above described machine.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of screening.
