FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pressure treatment of hardly-deformed aluminium alloys, for example of system AL-Zn-Mg-Cu used for parts of equipment in nuclear, aircraft and space machine building. The procedure consists in production of ingots, in their homogenisation, in cutting into cut-to length sections, in broaching sections, in treating their external surface, in hot pressing, in hardening, in dressing and in artificial ageing. Upon hot pressing there is performed additional hardening, soft annealing and cold rolling with deformations along diametre within ranges of 8-15 % and along a wall - within ranges of 40-60 %. Also soft annealing is carried out at temperature 350 - 450°C during 0.5-1.5 hours with cooling in a furnace to 150°C, and further - in air. An oblique-roll tube-straightening machine with rollers equipped with poly-urethane bands performs dressing.
EFFECT: reduced specific quantity of metal at production of finished parts.
