FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices for removal of small skew gear of wheel-and-motor unit of locomotive. Puller of skew gear (6) includes power drive in the form of hydraulic cylinder (1) installed on guide base (2), the stock of which is installed with possibility of being borne against gear with inner skew teeth, and gear catch. Also power drive is equipped with hydraulic cylinder (5) of clamp of gear teeth, which is kinematically connected to housing of the main hydraulic cylinder. Catch of puller is made in the form of opposite and coaxially installed rings (3, 4) with inner skew teeth and having the possibility of opposite axial movement and engagement with teeth of skew gear. One of the rings of the catch is moved with the main hydraulic cylinder, and the other one - with additional hydraulic cylinder of teeth clamp.
EFFECT: excluding the shift of gear on the shaft during its removal.
