SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle and its hatch. Said hatch incorporates opening mechanism to move the hatch between open and closed positions. Said opening mechanism comprises link (10) with its one end articulated with hatch lengthwise lateral edge and second end articulated with the vehicle nearby lengthwise lateral edge of the opening on the said side of said vehicle. Said link moves vertically in the vehicle lengthwise plane to shift the hatch. There are guides to direct the hatch longitudinally and vertically between open and closed positions. Said guides comprises two carriages (6) articulated with the hatch lengthwise lateral sides opposite the link hinge and two guide rails (8) to be rigidly jointed to the cover. Said guide rails are arranged along the length sufficient for hatch displacement between open and closed positions. Rail ends, nearby said opening, are inclined inside vehicle under the rail plane. When closed, said hatch continues the cover.

EFFECT: simplified opening mechanism and wider luggage compartment.
