FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-transfer compositions for use in air conditioning systems, having at least one fluoroalkene of formula II: , where each R independently denotes CI, F, Br, I or H; R' is (CR2)nY; Y is CF3; and n equals 0 or 1, and where at least one R in the unsaturated terminal carbon is not F; and at least one adjuvant. The said fluoroalkene has global warming potential (GWP) which is not greater than approximately 150, and fluoroalkenes in formula II make up not less than 50% of the weight of the composition. The adjuvant is selected from a group comprising lubricant materials, compatibility agents, surfactants, solubilising agents or a combination of two or more of these adjuvants. The invention also relates to a method of transferring heat to or from air, involving forced phase transition in a fluoroalkene of formula II in a heat transfer composition.
EFFECT: lower thermodynamic efficiency of the coolant and energy efficiency, low toxicity.
