FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy of noble metals, particularly to pyro-metallurgical treatment of sulphide concentrates containing noble metals. The procedure for treatment of concentrates containing noble metals and sulphides consists in thermal treatment of a source concentrate and in melting in mixture with sodium carbonate, silicon containing flux and carbon reducer producing alloy of noble metals and slag. Also the source concentrate is heat-treated in mixture with nitrate and sodium carbonate at ratio 1:(0.5÷1.6):(0.1÷0.4) at temperature 400÷600°C with production of cake. Produced cake is leached in water and insoluble sediment is successively separated from solution. Dried insoluble sediment is subject to drying and melting with sodium carbonate, silicon containing flux and carbon reducer at addition of borax and calcium oxide.
EFFECT: intensified extraction of noble metals into alloy and reduced expenditures for concentrate processing.
