FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly to antifriction composite materials. It can be used in heavy-loaded and head-loaded sliding friction assemblies. Proposed antifriction composite copper-based material comprises the following components, in percent by weight: graphite - 1 - 4; tin - 6 - 8; kieselgur - 1-5; copper phthalocyanine - 1 - 3; copper making the rest.
EFFECT: low wear rate and friction coefficients in various operating conditions.
