FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: soil cover is damaged by means of ammunition dropped from the airplane in the form of oblong flexible charges assembled as pile from explosive substance with various bulk weight, which is turned into vertical chain as it flies to ground surface. In lower part of chain there are devices arranged for creation of primary cavern formed as cumulative charges, and in upper part - oblong charges of explosive substance connected to parachute system. Method is based on application of three-stage scheme of soil cover damage. The first stage - creation of primary cavern in soil by means of serial introduction of penetrating elements into soil, which are created as chain of cumulative charges is simultaneously or serially exploded over damaged surface. The second stage is expansion of primary cavern due to introduction of one or serially several oblong charges into it and their further explosion. The third stage - introduction of charge with highest bulk weight into expanded cavern and its explosion.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of soil cover damage.
