SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises display of time remaining till signal image change on signaling board and generation of voice signal in real time. Combination of five functions made up of signals for pedestrians, e.g. crossing signal, stop signal, remaining time of every signal, i.e. red/green and/or voice signals for blind persons, all of them being integrated in one signaling board. For school zones, it is proposed to mount posts with LEDs nearby road cross to warn drivers by blinking LEDs in automatic mode with crossing enable signal ON.
EFFECT: reduced production, and mounting and operation costs.
