FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in method for control of stepped motor (SM), straight working stroke of impact tool with set specific energy of impact in SM stator according to the first version is provided by pulsating magnetic flow with the help of a single phase winding of SM. Reverse idle stroke is provided by deformation of springs in lever-spring mechanism with impact tool installed at one arm of lever. According to the second version, in order to generate pulsating magnetic flow, both phase windings are used in SM. For straight working stroke control pulses are sent to one phase winding, and for reverse idle stroke control pulses are sent to one or both phase windings so that direction of developed rotor rotation torque matches direction of free motion of deformed springs. According to the third version, for straight working stoke in SM stator pulsating magnetic flow is generated with the help of both phase windings. Reverse idle stroke is provided by force of springs in lever-spring mechanism with impact tool installed at one arm of lever. According to the fourth version, for straight working stoke of tool in SM stator pulsating magnetic flow is generated with the help of both phase windings AB and CD, besides, quasiperiodical sequences of pulses are simultaneously sent into points A and C with specified frequency and duration. Points B and D are connected to overall mass. For reverse idle stroke control pulses are sent to one or both phase windings so that direction of developed rotor rotation torque matches direction of free motion of deformed springs.
EFFECT: increased specific energy of impact and efficiency with minimum losses for friction, increased quality and accuracy of applied image independently on material of stock, efficiency of labour and reduced labour intensity and prime cost of manufacturing.
