FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: vibration generator comprises a step motor, to phase windings of which control pulses are supplied. A yoke with a lever and an impact tool at the yoke's end is rigidly installed onto the shaft of the step motor. The longitudinal axis of the yoke is perpendicular to the axis of shaft rotation. It is equipped with levers, ends of which are connected to springs that in the end connect the shaft and the body. The yoke and levers are made with the possibility to make angular oscillating movements relative to the axis of the shaft rotation. As control signals are sent to the step motor stator windings, the impact tool makes angular oscillating movements relative to the axis of the shaft rotation. The moment of time for supply of control signals is determined using readings of the shaft angular position sensor.
EFFECT: increased reliability, efficiency factor, specific impact energy at minimum consumption and optimal dimensions.
