FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of oil-containing wastes and can be applied in oil-refining and other branches of industry. Method of oil-slime processing lies in its heating, neutralisation and division into solid, water and oil phases with water vapour heated to temperature 60-200°C and activated in electrolyser. Oil-slime and activated heated water wapour are supplied into heat exchanger-mixer through guiding connecting pipes, installed tangentially, oil-slime is mixed until homogeneous mass due to centrifugal rotation of processed oil-slime and activated heated water vapour with further settling in conditions of cascade flowing of processed oil-slime through upper partitions of precipitation tank. From precipitation tank oil phase is directed into buffer reservoir for removal of finished product, contaminated with mazut mechanical admixtures and water-silt suspension are processed in apparatus-cultivator with microorganisms and fungal microflora, obtaining heavy metals, sand and clay for application in industry.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase efficiency of oil slime processing, reduce cost of oil wastes recycling, eliminate from processes application of expensive reagents and technologies, as well as ensure environmental cleanliness.
