FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for dehydration of various technogenic oil sedimentation and to separate oil products from various oil-containing technogenic sedimentation. Proposed method comprises preliminary determination of initial pH of oil sedimentation. If it makes 7≤pH≤10, the latter is treated by water steam heated to 60-200°C and activated by passing through electrolyser anode zone to produce 2≤pH≤5 in amount sufficient for reduction in pH by 1-3 units. If initial pH makes, 4≤pH≤7, oil sedimentation latter is treated by water steam heated to 60-200°C and activated by passing through electrolyser anode zone to produce 9≤pH≤12 in amount sufficient for reduction in pH by 1-3 units.
EFFECT: efficient separation into solid, liquid and gaseous phases.
