FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oily waste treatment and can be used in oil producing, oil processing and petrochemical industries. The method comprises separation of water phase and free hydrocarbons, mixing of oil sludge with rock-forming, inoculating and neutralising additives, forming of racks, composting with aeration, blowing or mixing. Oil sludge is pre-mixed with the surfactant solution with demulsifying properties with the temperature 60-70°C, then the mix is washed out by surfactant solution from bottom-up, the washed oil sludge is mixed with rock-forming, inoculating, neutralising and catalytic additives. The neutralising additive is a siliconised calcite. The filtrate obtained after oil sludge washing is settled, solid suspended substances are removed into oil sludge, emerged oil products are removed for utilisation, water oil emulsion in hydrocarbon liquid layer is filtered, surfactant concentration is corrected, the surfactant solution is heated and mixed with initial oil sludge.
EFFECT: improvement of efficiency of oil sludge treatment.
