FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed pump unit comprises pump housing 4 with inlet 13 and outlet 14, drive motor housing 16, motor stator 1 and rotor 2, extra rotor 7 running bearings 10 and 11, magnetic coupling designed to transmit rotation from motor to pump extra rotor 7. Coupling magnets 5 and 6 are arranged opposite tight thin-wall sleeve 8. Motor rotor 2 represents cowl 3, on the side of thin-wall sleeve 8, supporting magnetic coupling permanent magnet 5 interacting with permanent magnet 6 fitted on pump extra rotor 7 arranged inside thin-wall sleeve 8 and made integral with pump housing 4. Pump thrust bearing 12 is arranged on pump inlet 13. Said extra rotor 7 has conical recess 21, on the side of inlet 13, coupled with pump housing bearing ball 20. Thin-wall sleeve 8 has centering surface 15 that fairs with the surface of pump fixed axle 17.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, improved operating performances to due rpm adjustment in wide range.
