FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: compressor installation consists of compressor, of heat exchanger-utiliser, after-cooler and air collector arranged on pressure line and interconnected with main and additional pipelines equipped with valves electrically tied with control unit. Further, the compressor installation consists of a pneumatic circuit. The compressor is coupled with an air filter via a suction pipeline. The air filter corresponds to a case with a cover and a conic bottom. In the lower part of it there is installed a float-condenser. In the upper part of the case there is installed a facility in form of a contracting nozzle. A mesh is attached to an inlet opening of the nozzle. A reflecting partition is arranged behind the outlet opening. Also the suction pipeline is coupled with the cover of the filter case additionally equipped with a jacket creating a cavity filled with hot compressed air. Notably, the cavity communicates with the suction line in the lower part of the conic bottom by means of a valve and the additional pipeline, while in the upper part of the case it communicates with the contracting nozzle.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption at production of compressed air under negative temperature at changing weather-climatic effects due to preventing atmospheric air moisture freezing on components of air filter which may cause rapid increase of aerodynamic resistance of suction pipeline and additional power consumption for compressor drive.
