FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: unit includes compressor, waste heat exchanger, aftercooler and air receiver, which are installed in a pressure line and connected to each other by means of the main and additional pipelines, which are equipped with valves electrically connected to a control unit, and air mains. The compressor is connected via a suction pipe to the air filter. The filter is a housing with a cover and a conical bottom. A float-condenser is installed in lower part of filter. In the upper part of the body there is a device in the form of a tapering nozzle. Curved grooves are formed on the inner surface of the tapered nozzle. The curvature of the grooves corresponds to the cycloid curve as brachistochrone. The profile looks like a "swallowtail". The curved grooves extend longitudinally from the inlet of the convergent nozzle to its outlet opening. A circular groove is located at the inlet of the converging nozzle, which is connected to a contaminant removal device with curved grooves.

EFFECT: constant fixed energy inputs are maintained at production of compressed air during long-term operation at mining enterprises of the mining industry.
