FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: compressor plant includes compressor; waste heat exchanger, aftercooler, and air collector, which are installed in discharge line and connected to each other by means of the main and additional pipelines which are equipped with valves electrically connected to control unit, and air mains; compressor is connected by means of suction pipeline to air filter representing a housing with cover plate and conical bottom, in lower part of which there installed is float-condenser; in upper part of housing there located is device in the form of convergent nozzle to the inlet opening of which there attached is a grid, and baffle plate is installed after its outlet opening. Suction pipeline is connected to cover plate of filter housing; in addition, filter housing is equipped with a jacket forming a cavity to be filled with hot compressed air; the above cavity is connected in lower part of conical bottom by means of valve and additional pipeline to discharge line, and in upper part of housing - to convergent nozzle; at that, suction pipeline inside the housing of air filter is made in the form of a cylindrical pipe with holes symmetrically located along side surface and end hole plugged in divergent nozzle; side surface is covered throughout the length of cylindrical pipe of suction pipeline inside the air filter housing with fine-fibred material.
EFFECT: reduction of power consumption for generation of compressed air.
