FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: comparison scheme by means of which the method is implemented includes three-phase transformer with variable voltage of secondary windings connected as per delta circuit. To the first line conductor of secondary winding of transformer there connected is the tested inductive winding, to the second line conductor - electric comparison circuit, and to the third line conductor of the secondary winding of transformer there connected through current indicator is ammetre to the connection point of inductive winding and electric comparison circuit. Operating condition of the tested inductive winding is judged by the current absent from the third line conductor.

EFFECT: enlarging diagnostic possibilities and reducing power consumptions during diagnostic of inductive windings with relatively high active resistance at nominal currents and more, at which non-obvious failures of windings can occur.
