FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: rectifying installation includes single-phase power transformer with one main and two additional parts of secondary winding, which are in-series connected, as well as three sets of capacitors with discharge resistors connected parallel to each one. Working set of valves in the form of single-phase bridge is connected to the main part of secondary winding of transformer. Common point of the first booster set of valves is connected through capacitor with variable capacity and discharge resistor to common point of connection of two additional secondary windings. Common point of the second booster set of valves is connected through the second capacitor with variable capacity and discharge resistor to output end of secondary windings. Common point of the third booster set of valves is connected through the third capacitor with variable capacity and discharge resistor to output of second capacitor with variable capacity. Rectifying installation has outputs of one working and tree booster sets of valves for connection to load.
EFFECT: enlarging capabilities of rectifying installation, reducing the rectified electric current pulsation coefficient, increasing capacity of electric current Cos φ; at that, value of total current of primary winding and total capacity of electric current of power transformer is decreased.
