SUBSTANCE: after specific object has been selected to be edited, functional resources available for object editing are provided in user interface shaped as tape over working space of software application, in order to provide ready-to-use and efficient access to functional resources required to edit selected object. Displaying according elements of functional resources control on screen continues until user stops their displaying on screen, selects a different element for control of upper level functional resources or selects another object for editing.
EFFECT: improved user interface to display selected elements of functional resources control on screen, which comply with selected object and are stored as visually accessible for use until selected object is being edited.
