SUBSTANCE: item can contain protective frame having two end parts and a number of support frames. Each support frame is located essentially in close proximity to each end part of protective frame. Item includes cold shrinkage material which is kept in stretched condition above at least some part of protective frame, and at least the part of each of support frames. Support frames, protective frame and cold shrinkage material can be located jointly above the device so that cold shrinkage material tightly envelops the part of the device in response to the separation of support frame from cold shrinkage material.
EFFECT: developing protective, strong, flexible and long-life frame, which strengthens the protection of the inside located device.
