SUBSTANCE: device for joining conductor pairs has terminal block with base holding means for fastening first pair of conductors and cover with pair of terminal contacts for connection to first pair of conductors. Device is provided with plug connector that has insulating shroud accommodating pair of shielded contacts each incorporating first extreme section for connection to one of mentioned terminal contacts and second extreme section for connection to one of conductors of second pair; it also has insulating cap and electrical protective gear for shielded contacts.
