SUBSTANCE: adapter for controlling electric intensity in electric power cable having the decreased thickness of insulation. Adapter includes insulating part and semi-conducting part. Insulating part is provided with possibility of overlapping the open part of electric insulation of power cable.
EFFECT: full effective thickness of insulation, reduction of electric intensity to the level which can be sustained with cable and cable reinforcement.
