FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: SEM stator is tightened on both sides with metal covers; at that, in one cover there are three threaded holes: two holes for supply nozzles of process water and carbon dioxide to stator cavity at softening of windings of SEM stators, the third one - for discharge nozzle of liquid after the winding is softened, and the other cover is blind. Softening process takes place at heating of stator filled with process water with carbon dioxide placed to the oven up to temperature of 60-80°C during 4-6 hours. The proposed invention does not require complex and expensive process equipment and is easy realised.

EFFECT: increasing penetration efficiency of softened compound to stator winding, and softening of insulating lacquer of winding at reducing fire hazardous characteristics of the proposed method.
