SUBSTANCE: system comprises subsystem of services promotion arranged with the possibility to send information on service stored in subsystem of services promotion into client subsystem through instant messages. Besides client subsystem is arranged with the possibility to receive information on service sent by subsystem of services promotion and to display information on service. Besides subsystem of service promotion is available in the list of user contacts in client subsystem.
