ROTARY DEVICE WITH REMOTE CONTROL Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC H04Q9/00

Abstract RU 2396731 C1

FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: rotary device inclues remote control panel (RCP), at the same time RCP is arranged with the possibility to generate and send infrared signal, and rotary support, which comprises the following components joined to each other - memory module arranged with the possibility to store signal selected on RCP as signal of support rotation, detector of RCP angular position arranged with the possibility to detect value of accurate and inaccurate angular position of RCP by its infrared signal, module for detection of support rotation angle, arranged with the possibility to provide signal on inaccurate detection of angular position of RCP to indicator of inaccurate rotation angle arranged with the possibiltiy to inform the user on the fact that RCP prior to rotation was located outside zone of accurate direction finding, and on the fact that user shall again send infrared signal from panel for accurate rotation of support, at the same time module for detection of support rotation angle is also arranged with the possibility to detect angle of support rotation by value of accurate or inaccurate angular position of remote control panel, motor driver is arranged with the possibilty to generate control signal at least by one motor in compliance with a certain angle of support rotation, and at least one motor is arranged with the possibility to rotate rotary support by angle of rotation in compliance with signal of motor control, besides detector of RCP angular position comprises computing unit, at least two photodetectors connected to computing unit, and at least two transparent scattering plates illuminated with flow of RCP infrared signal radiation and arranged in various planes at the angle to each other, at the same time brightness of back surface of plate, which is remote from RCP depends on angle of radiation flow incidence at plate, besides each plate is arranged in front of according photodetector arranged with the possibiltiy to register brightness of plate back surface and transfer of brightness signal into computing unit arranged with the possibiloity to calculate angular position of RCP on the basis of brightness signals produced from photodetectors, at the same time computing unit is arranged with the possibility to calculate inaccurate angular position of RCP, if flow of remote control panel signal radiation gets onto one plate, and to calculate accurate angular position of remote control panel, if flow of RCP signal radiation gets onto at least two plates.

EFFECT: expansion of functionality of rotary device with remote control.
