FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to armchairs that have moving bottom and back. Folding armchair consists of immovable frame with a seat and turning footing mounted on it. Seat is able to move back against the immovable frame, on its front side it is freely connected to levers, intended for uplifting the front edge of the seat, and the footing is bound to the seat so that when the seat shifts back its pivot turn is possible. The footing is also connected to the said levers by the first rod, and with the help of the second rod it is freely connected to above mentioned immovable frame. The first rod is also freely connected with the second rod, and the second rod is configured in such a way, that its position can be modified upon pivot turn of the footing. The footing has vertical and horizontal parts, that are connected together with the possibility to turn against each other, so that upon seat shift the horizontal part is able to make a pivot turn and to slide out of close-to-horizontal position under the seat into close-to-horizontal position in front of the seat.

EFFECT: invention is intended for creation of the chair able to be transferred in different positions with ease and evenness.
