METHOD OF THERMAL MUCOCLASIA OF GALLBLADDER AND SIMULTANEOUS ESTIMATION OF ITS EFFICIENCY Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC A61B17/00 A61B18/04 A61K49/04 A61P1/16

Abstract RU 2396915 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, abdominal surgery, and can be used for thermal mucoclasia of gallbladder. For this purpose during cholecystomy sanitisation of gallbladder is performed. After that into gallbladder cavity introduced is catheter with latex balloon on the end. Then under X-ray control the balloon through syringe is filled with X-ray contrastive solution 90°C until the balloon takes contours of gallbladder. After 10 minutes the solution is removed. After that under visual control of endoscope, gallbladder walls are irrigated with 1% methylene blue solution with 5 minute exposure. After that dye is washed off and degree of mucosa dying is estimated. In case if all parts of mucosa are dyed into blue colour efficiency of mucoclasia is proved. In case if undyed sections are present mucoplasia procedure is repeated.

EFFECT: method allows simultaneously without preliminary obliteration of bladder duct under visual control to carry out demucosation of gallbladder cavity aimed at its further obliteration and simultaneously estimate its efficiency, avoid complications, considerably reduce patient's stay in hospital.
